You can just measure the product size (Length x Width X Height or Height and Diameter) if it’s round or oval and share it with us know and we will help you out finding the size of the box with the help of our in house creative and technical design department.
Yes, we do have a recyclable Eco-friendly Kraft stock and other uncoated cardboard that can be recycled 100% if no printing and lamination is done on them. (If we go on to print colors on them, the stock won’t remain 100% recyclable, but can be recycled if gone through a specific process of recycling). It would remain recycled only 90% of them.
Yes, we do provide free box templates to our customers so they can design their boxes on their own or with the help of their design team.
You can also get free design support from our in-house creative design department.
Our minimum order quantity depends on the box type and customization level. However, we try to keep MOQs flexible to support small businesses and startups.
Yes, we provide physical samples (plain or printed) on request. This helps you check the size, material, and print quality before full production.
We offer multiple printing options including CMYK, PMS, digital printing, offset printing, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and UV coating.
Production time usually takes 8–12 business days after artwork approval. Shipping time depends on your location.
Yes, we provide free design assistance. Our in-house graphic designers help adjust your artwork according to box dimensions at no extra cost.
We use high-quality materials such as cardboard, corrugated board, kraft paper, rigid stock, and specialty papers depending on your packaging needs.
Yes, we provide nationwide and international shipping. Delivery charges and time vary based on order size and destination.
Boxes Shipment FAQs
We will take 7 to 9 biz days to produce and 2 business days for delivery at your doorstep once we have the design Approved.
However, we do have an expedite option that can be availed on assessing the job nature or design. We only can provide you the turnaround time after knowing the quantity and assessing the design proof once you share it with us.
We don’t have any minimum order quantity for customized boxes, you can order even 5 boxes. However, we always encourage our customers to go with higher quantities in order to get better prices per unit. As the rule says more the quantity less the price per unit.
Yes, we offer rush production and expedited shipping options. The exact timeline depends on order size and design complexity.
Shipping may be free depending on order volume and delivery location. Our team will confirm shipping charges when providing your quote.
Once your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status online.
Yes, we provide both nationwide and international shipping. Delivery time and charges vary by destination.
In rare cases of delay due to weather or courier issues, our support team will inform you immediately and provide updated delivery details.
Shipping address changes are possible before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, changes may not be possible.
If your boxes arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damaged shipment. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
